The 7- to 10-ply shells, made from North American hard rock maple, are available in a wide range of sizes, from 8"-18" toms, to 18"-24" bass drums, to the 5.5"-8" deep snare drums.
Layered using DW's proprietary HVX method, the drums deliver a deep, punchy fundamental tone with intense resonance and projection, ideal for live applications. The chrome-coloured hardware contains all the essential pro features DW has to offer: The patented Suspension Tom Mounts (STM)™ allow the toms to vibrate freely with minimal dampening. The MAG™ snare throw-off provides simple and reliable handling of the snare wires. And the True Pitch™ tension rods allow the finest tuning of the standard DW heads, made by REMO USA.
