The AG PREAMP is a bass preamp offered by the Aguilar brand.
The AG Preamp has inherited the sound and flexibility of the famous Aguilar AG amps. It provides any configuration with precise rendering, fast response and fine adjustments for bassists looking for versatility while maintaining professional quality components.
Whether it's to add some grain to your amp, or to sculpt your DI sound, the AG Preamp is foolproof. In addition to the traditional Gain, Treble, Bass and Volume, you have High Mid and Low Mid settings to precisely define your mids to match your bass.
On top of that, a Bright/Deep footswitch gives you more possibilities, to break through the mix or enhance your bass lines with big subs.
The AG Preamp is powered by 18V, giving it a generous headroom that maintains the integrity of your signal, which remains clear even with advanced settings. On stage or in the studio, the Pre/Post and Ground Lift buttons will be very useful for all situations.
You can also enjoy Aguilar sound in silence thanks to the headphone output and auxiliary input, allowing you to jam to your favorite tracks.
