The Shure N44-7 stylus has earned its reputation among audiophiles and DJs around the world, thanks to its powerful bass and its characteristic smooth, balanced sound. The N44-7 DJ SD stylus developed by JICO gives you the benefit of these same legendary characteristics, thanks to a Type S cantilever in tubular aluminum alloy, precisely crafted to come as close as possible to the original Shure cantilevers, while offering a optimal attack angle of 7°.
JICO has favored the use of a synthetic integral spherical diamond (called "naked") for this stylus, the tip of which is cut from a single piece of artificial diamond, with characteristics similar to natural diamonds. More expensive and qualitative than glued tips, this integral diamond is lighter and offers much better tracking of the groove of your vinyl, as well as more efficient transmission of oscillations for a much richer sound.
