Rooted in iconic blue Chorus pedals from Japan, MYTHOS PEDALS The Fates Analog BBD Chorus takes a classic we all know and love and pushes it to a place that feels right at home on any player's pedalboard.
Utilizing the iconic MN3207 chip The Fates is a pure analog circuit that has a rich and warm modulation sound that is never thin and weak. An added JFET buffer/input stage keeps the signal going into the Chorus circuit strong. This input stage gives the sound a nice compression and it works really well pairing with drive circuits.
The Fates features an expanded range of controls from the Rate and Depth knobs to give you the most flexibility in an easy to use, two knob package. The Chorus/Vibrato switch lets you bypass the clean mix portion of the circuit for a fun vibrato sound that will add warble while remaining musical.
The Vibrato mode in The Fates has been tweaked so that you're not going to have such a drastic shift in the modulation character. We altered the depth of that mode so it doesn't get quite as "sea sick" .
The Fates also features a Rate LED on the face of the pedal so you'll never lose track of the speed you have the circuit set at on stage.
