Expander

The is a compact analog synthesizer with effects, memory and sequencer. The two oscillators generate the classic triangle, rectangle and sawtooth waveforms and even offer a special FM mode. Thus, the Typhoon Dreadbox all the basic sounds and more. The 24dB resonant lowpass filter adds the finishing touch to the rich sound spectrum. For refinement or sound processing, there is a high-resolution 32 Bit/96 kHz effects processor, on which SINEVIBES' effects specialists have been involved. Five different Distortion Algorithms, a Bitcrusher, Chorus, Ensemble, Flanger, Reverb and twice Delay.

Sports program for rigid sounds
In addition to the two ADSR envelopes, the Typhoon has three modulators, each of which can be an LFO, an envelope, a random generator or a step sequencer, and can be flexibly applied to all parameters, including those of the effects processor. A monophonic step sequencer is also on board, which stores up to 32 steps per pattern.

You can save your creations on 254 memory locations. Also, the full implementation of the Typhoon MIDI standard contributes to better interaction, for example with a DAW. The external audio input turns the desktop device into a filter box rich in modulation and effects. Since the Typhoon Dreadbox is powered by USB, it can even be used from any location for up to 30 hours using a 20,000 mA power bank.
