Modal's Argon 8M is a compact desktop version of the powerful Argon 8X synthesizer. It can be mounted in a 3U 19" rackmount, and offers the same processing power as its big brother in a smaller form factor, ideal for small spaces.
Sharing many of the features of the legendary Modal 002, the Argon 8M offers true eight-voice polyphony and can be connected to another Argon unit in a master/slave configuration using a DIN MIDI connection to give you 16-voice polyphony.

Easy to carry, the Argon 8M brings together a variety of features to create sounds intuitively such as 120 carefully designed wavetables, 32 static wavetable modifiers, 32 wavetable oscillators, 8 types of oscillator modifiers, 4 types of filters and more!
