Novation Launchkey 61 MK3

The Launchkey 61 MK3 is an intuitive MIDI controller keyboard fully integrated with Ableton Live. It is designed for musicians of all backgrounds and experiences. It removes barriers to creativity and broadens musical perspectives.

With its eight transposable scale modes, the keys played remain at the notes of the selected scale. Three chord modes transform the keys and pads into an interactive surface that can be played musically in the key of your songs. The arpeggiator also allows you to quickly explore and find ideas, while the Mutate function reconstructs your patterns into new and more inspiring shapes.

Custom modes simplify the relationship between controller and software, with more power than ever before. Programmable through Novation's Components application, Custom Modes allow you to design the behavior of your Launchkey, with your hand on control assignments, MIDI routings, pad colors and more.

The Launchkey 61 MK3 is equipped with a five-pin DIN MIDI output, allowing simple connection to external MIDI devices. Coupled with its huge standalone potential, the Launchkey is equally at home in the studio or live.

Launchkey has always been synonymous with flexibility and this MK3 version is no exception. Larger, optimized velocity-sensitive pads provide better dynamic control and eight rotary encoders bring software to life. Integration with Ableton Live is truly seamless, with a dedicated button to activate MIDI Capture, as well as track arming, quantize, click and loop controls .
