The RCF SUB 8008-As is a 4400W class d active subwoofer.
The SUB 8008-AS is a dual 18" high power active subwoofer for bands, DJs, clubs and rental companies. It uses a state-of-the-art transducer with a high-power ceramic magnetic circuit and a 4" voice coil. The power amplifier handles extreme currents up to 4400W, delivering sound pressure levels up to 137dB with exceptional headroom. The ultra-fast drive with precise power management is handled with high efficiency, producing very low heat loss for quiet, fanless cooling. Built specifically for demanding live sound applications, with deep, powerful bass response. Rear panel controls include 12 presets, crossover frequency, polarity switch, deep/punch selection, cardioid and output delay settings. The rugged, tour-ready, all-wood enclosure with scratch-resistant polyurea cover is easy to transport and safely install. With its rugged construction, sound quality and high power handling, the SUB 8008-AS is perfect for medium to large venues and touring applications.
