Taylor is excited to offer fans of Indian rosewood a more budget-friendly alternative to our standard Grand Auditorium 414ce model. The TAYLOR 414ce Studio SEB pairs solid Indian rosewood back and sides with a torrefied Sitka spruce top and incorporates other thoughtful design refinements that deliver premium Taylor playability and tone combined with an artfully distilled aesthetic.
Notable updates include a torrefied spruce top, which serves up a more played-in sound, rounded body edges with black and white top purfling, a nut width of 1-11/16 inches, 4mm Italian acrylic dot fretboard inlays, a 3-ring black rosette, a faux tortoiseshell pickguard, and the inclusion of a structured gig bag for easy portability. This Studio edition features a gloss-finish body and is offered with a natural or shaded edgeburst top.
The guitar sports Taylor nickel tuning machines, is voiced with V-Class bracing, and comes with onboard ES2 electronics.
